I am looking to sublet my room for Spring/Summer xxxx. It is at State College Park. I am looking for a female to take over my lease. You will share the apartment with three other girls, but you will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with only one of them. Your room has its own lock. The girls are really nice and easy to get along with. The apartment is completely furnished in the living room and in the bedroom. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal in the apartment. Rent is $485/month. Everything is included except for gas and electricity, which usually runs around $20-30 per month for each person. You will receive a CATA bus pass which is good for the N, NE, NV, W, WE, and V routes, and it is only a 5-10 minute bus ride to campus. The clubhouse includes a pool, hot tub, gym, computer lab, pool and ping pong, tanning bed, and there are many free resident activities throughout the year. There is free parking and visitor parking available as well.
